The holiday apartments Fedares are in La Val, a beautiful village in Val Badia, Dolomites. It’s an ideal place for excursions, hiking in the nearby forests and meadows and in the world natural heritage parks Fanes-Sennes- Braies. The apartments are large and comfortable, ideal for a family holiday.
The house is in a very quiet and sunny place with a beautiful view on Sas dla Crusc, Puez and Sasso Putia.
The two apartments are fully furnished with wooden furniture. The large car park is free. If interested, there is a possibility to rent the apartments for an entire season.

This apartment is equipped with wooden furniture and radiates a homely atmosphere. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a living area with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. The light-flooded bathroom has a WC, a bathtub and a bidet. There are also two balconies with panoramic views of the surrounding area.
Equipment: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, toaster, water boiler, moka/filter and Lavazza coffee machine, high quality pots and pans (WMF), satellite TV, hair dryer, microwave.

Reservations are binding only after receipt of a deposit (20 % of the total price) and our written confirmation.
Cancellation conditions: In the event of a written cancellation at least 60 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge.
For cancellations notified at least 30 days before the planned date of arrival, 50% of the agreed total price will be charged.
For cancellations notified later, 100% of the agreed total price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival, early departure or unoccupied pitches, the booked price will be charged.
Check In: 3 pm - Check Out: until 10:00 am
The price includes bedlinen and towels, water, energy, WIFI and parking.
The prices are valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

In summer La Val is of great recreational value – just relax or practise sports. Whether you go hiking in the National park of Fanes-Sennes-Prags, which belongs to Unesco world heritage or go on an excursion in the nearby biotopes of Rit and Armentara, you will enjoy the breath-taking nature and the unique views from the mountain peaks of the Dolomites.
